with Edinburgh Speedway, we want you to feel confident that your order will
be processed quickly and that your personal and credit/debit card details
will be handled securely. We also want to make sure that you are satisfied
with your purchases, and in the unlikely event you have any problems with

Do I need to
create an account before I can place an order ? |
|
|
|
Yes, you must have
an active Edinburgh Speedway Online Shop account before you can begin shopping
online with us. You will be asked to supply information such as your name,
postal address, delivery address etc. Opening an account is free of charge
and your information will not be sold to any third party without your prior
permission. |

How long does
it take to open an account ? |
|
|
|
You can open an
account online using the "Create Account" link from the shop's main page.
Providing the information you supply is correct, your account should be
authorised instantly. |
|
|
|
Do you store
any of my bank or payment information ? |
|
|
|
No. All payment
processing is carried out via our preferred payment handler, PayPal, on their
secure server facilities. Once you have completed your shopping and you move
into the payment area, you will see the secure padlock symbol appear as you
enter your details into PayPal. None of the actual financial transfers are
carried out on our servers. |

DELIVERY &
TIMESCALES |

Where do you
deliver to ? |
|
|
|
We currently only
deliver to UK mainland postal addresses. We do not deliver to addresses outside
of the UK unless by prior arrangement. There are several notices and warnings
throughout the checkout process which advise customers requiring delivery
to a non-UK address NOT to proceed with their order. Anyone doing so
will have their order cancelled and their money refunded (less any charges
or fees incurred). |

How much does
delivery cost ? |
|
|
|
Standard delivery
to UK mainland addresses is already included in the price of your order,
so there are no additional charges to worry about. |
|
|
|
How long will
my order take to arrive ? |
|
|
|
Once your order
has been received, we aim to process delivery of your items within 7-14 days.
Deliveries are usually quicker than this, however we ask customers to allow
up to 14 days to receive their items to allow for such considerations as
stock levels and postal dates. |
|
|
|
If my order
doesn't arrive, what should I do ? |
|
|
|
If you have not
received delivery within 14 days of placing your order, please email us at
shop@edinburghspeedway.com, including your order reference number and any
other information that may help us. We will aim to respond to you within
3 working days. |

the wrong items in my delivery. |
|
|
|
While every effort
is made to ensure your delivery is correct, there may be occasions when an
error is made. Please check your order receipt and if the error is on our
part, contact us by email at shop@edinburghspeedway.com with your order
number. |

What should
I do if my items are damaged or faulty ? |
|
|
|
We want you to
be satisfied with your purchases from our store. If you have any concerns
about any item within your delivery, please contact us immediately at
shop@edinburghspeedway.com with as much detail as possible about your items
and your concerns so that we can look into the matter and resolve your issues
at the earliest possible opportunity. |
